Manufactured from hard silicone, these are very tough/rugged handgrips originally made to thicken dumbbell and barbell shafts from 2.5CM to 4.8CM, yet due to the very nature of their existence, they make excellent handgrips for latex resistance bands and latex resistance tubes (please see photos).
For those who prefer a wider grip, these handgrips come with just enough flex to slip over dumbbell shafts, barbells shafts, latex workout bands, or resistance tubes.
They are knurled for "Gorilla Gripping" and can sustain most environments.
Excellent for both home and gym use, if dropped they will not damage furniture or floors.

Albeit designed for barbells and dumbells, these handgrips offer an excellent workaround for bicep, tricep, shoulder and chest excercising using latex resistance bands, and resistance workout tubes (see photos). In broef, they prevent the bands and tubes digging into one's hands, allowing them to be used as hand-grips. It's just much more comfortable with than without them.
