The Endless Rope Trainer is made of Polyurethane with an ergonomically designed surface that is soft to the
touch, easy to grip and non-porous for easy cleaning.
It trains arms, shoulders, chest, back, abdomen, torso - it trains in
both pulling and pushing as well as rotating exercises from various
angles. The resistance can be continuously adjusted from very light (1)
to very difficult (6) and therefore enables both strength and muscle
building as well as endurance training.
The trainer is appropriate for both beginners all the way through to advanced commercial gym users.
ITS AN EVERYWHERE TRAINER:
The trainer can be hung on bars and hooks (it comes with 2 x carabiners and a strap) so it's ready to go and can be used immediately. At approximately 6.5 kg in total weight it is handy and suitable for outdoor training. It can be used sitting or standing, lying down, get

Orders placed before 8pm will be disptached next day, tracked, traced, and signed for. Please Note: While every effort is made for your rope trainer to arrive in pristine condition, ((and we do go out of our way to get it to you in tip-top condition, also know it has been physically checked and put through it’s paces prior to dispatch)), though please do bear in mind that your rope trainer is an industrial product therefore the odd rope abrasion, or glue residue is normal. This is due to the TPU rope material which will soon diminish over time.
