First 30 days - No problem, if you buy it and don't like it - we understand the challenges faced when purchasing across the internet - if it's not for you, just wrap it back up unopened and send it back for a refund, it's not a problem. All we ask, is to buy with good intent.

For sealed products such as foods, cosmetics, esstential oils etc - please do not break the inner seals as once the seal is broken, a return is no longer possible.

If an item arrives damaged or defictive, prior to opening the package please contact us immediatley providing photos which include metadata of dates, times and location etc.
